Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup

  • 2 oz single malt scotch (Laphroig)

  • 2 oz mezcal

  • 1.5 oz lime juice

  • 2 dashes celery bitters for each cocktail (4 dashes total)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with salted rim

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel
